… en banc review. Nothing about this case warrants such a highly unusual step."Just in: DOJ has filed in opposition to the “super en banc” hearing. "To our knowledge, this Court has never previously granted that relief-and doing so here would undermine the Court's random en banc process and open the door to a floodgate of petitions seeking the full court's en banc review. Nothing about this case warrants such a highly unusual step."

Trump DOJ Can Resume Requesting States to Set Aside Suspected Noncitizen Ballots & Warn Officials of Possible Prosecution
… ideological lines.⚖️ π΅π§π πππ₯ππ¨ππ§: π§ππ π¦π§ππ¬ ππ¦ ππππ Election Day · Tue, Nov. 3, 2026 This afternoon the full 11-judge Ninth Circuit voted 6-5 to put the stay back on Judge Trina Thompson's order, as reported by Democracy Docket and Reuters. Reuters says the vote split along ideological lines. π πͺπππ§ πππ£π£ππ‘ππ, ππ¦ π₯ππ£π’π₯π§ππ • Thompson's order had barred DOJ from threatening election officials with prosecution over alleged noncitizen ballots. • This morning the court wiped out the earlier stay. This afternoon it put the stay back. • The court's order says DOJ is likely to win, and calls warning officials about federal law a "core Executive function." • Judge Eric Miller backed the ruling in writing. Chief Judge Mary Murguia dissented, joined by four judges. π¨ π§ππ πππ‘π ππ’π πππ‘ π¦ππ¬ πππππ‘ "An alien voting in a federal election is a federal crime—and knowingly facilitating such conduct is equally unlawful." (DOJ letter, quoted in the court's opinion) ⚠️ This is a stay while the case goes on, not a final ruling. Reuters reports evidence suggests noncitizen voting is exceedingly rare, and the court's earlier ruling that states don't have to sequester ballots still stands. WHAT IT MEANS FOR US: DOJ can once again tell election officials that helping a noncitizen vote is a federal crime. Federal law is on the books, and every legal vote counts today. Polls are still open. If you're in line, stay in line. VOTE RED. πΊπΈ π TURN ON NOTIFICATIONS JOIN OUR ACTION PAGE π https://t.co/frf7gxI2oK

… decision back in place. The DOJ can again make those requests and warnings. States can refuse.A lower court blocked the DOJ from asking states to set aside suspected noncitizen ballots or warning officials of possible prosecution for counting them. A 3-judge panel lifted that block. The full 9th Circuit briefly restored the block, then by a 6-5 vote put the panel's decision back in place. The DOJ can again make those requests and warnings. States can refuse.

This Is Nothing but CIA Propaganda
… another Golden Era for America! He believes in American exceptionalism. His ENTIRE life's work is evidence of that. He wasn't going to stand by and let people like Slotkin manage our decline... and she knows that.Did you know Elissa Slotkin is a former CIA analyst? Because you can hear that training in every bit of this speech. She walked on stage and claimed Donald Trump thinks America is "unremarkable" and will never be great again.... Uh... WHAT? Trump’s entire mission is unleashing another Golden Era for America! He believes in American exceptionalism. His ENTIRE life's work is evidence of that. He wasn't going to stand by and let people like Slotkin manage our decline... and she knows that. This is nothing but CIA propaganda, just in time for the midterms to gaslight you. Federal Law Bars Businesses Controlled by a Member of Congress or Their Spouse From Receiving PPP Funds
… second draw PPP funds despite a federal law barring businesses controlled by a member of Congress or their spouse from receiving those loans. The Paycheck Protection Program was created to save American jobs, not to enrich those who aren’t eligible for taxpayer-funded relief, especially the wife of a U.S. Senator. Strand Book Store, owned by Nancy Bass Wyden, wife of U.S. Senator Ron Wyden, received $932,350 in second draw PPP funds despite a federal law barring businesses controlled by a member of Congress or their spouse from receiving those loans. Our Fraud and Asset Recovery Division will expose this abuse, pursue those who exploit taxpayer dollars, and hold them accountable. New Jersey Governor Sherrill, 2 November 2026
… Americans. Instead of lowering costs, these imports help finance Putin’s war against Ukraine and a campaign of violence and terror that endangers our servicemembers abroad.Today, I sent a letter putting New Jersey’s port and terminal operators on notice: importing Russian diesel violates federal law and could carry serious civil and criminal consequences. New Jersey will not stand by while Donald Trump supports Vladimir Putin at the expense of Americans. Instead of lowering costs, these imports help finance Putin’s war against Ukraine and a campaign of violence and terror that endangers our servicemembers abroad. As a Navy veteran, I cannot let that stand unchallenged. Our ports must not be complicit.

As a Navy veteran, I cannot let that stand unchallenged. Our ports must not be complicit.
Jeff Clark
Governor Mikie Sherrill has set her priorities in an upside down and backwards way:
Illegal alien oil must be blocked from entry to New Jersey ports. Even as gas and diesel prices are high and hurting Americans.
But illegal alien people must not be deported. Instead, they must be given sanctuary in New Jersey so it keeps its power in Congress and doesn’t lose it due to population of lawful U.S. citizens to the Sunbelt. Sherrill supported codifying NJ’s “sanctuary” policy in the so-called Immigrant Trust Directive.
There’s one way in which both her block on alien oil and her welcoming arms for illegal aliens are logically consistent, and it’s not because she wants to follow federal law.
It’s that both the ban on alien oil and her welcome to illegal aliens both badly hurt New Jersey citizens. The alien oil staying out will keep fuel prices high. And the illegal aliens coming in will keep housing prices high.
She needs to get down from her haughty pulpit and stop pretending she is full of virtue.
She’s full of vinegar for New Jerseyans.
Voting Issues in Maricopa County
… said of the issues..@MaricopaGOP Chairman Craig Berland confirms to me that some vote centers are completely down, multiple are experiencing ballot printer issues, and some tabulators are not reading ballots, spitting them out—it’s “drawer 3” from 2022 all over again. “That’s bullshit” Berland said of the issues. This comes after the Board of Supervisors replaced equipment that was already known to be working during early voting with different machines that hadn’t been tried and true in the field. Berland says the county’s errors are contributing to apathy and discouraging voters. “I can’t tell you the number of people I’ve talked to” who are discouraged and asking “why should I bother voting? It doesn't count anyhow.” Still he encourages all Republicans to vote “no matter what” because “no vote is a vote for communism”

… they pulled in 2022 where all of the issues were concentrated in Conservative areas.Maricopa County voters, lots of issues being reported at polling places. My advice is to head to the most liberal part of town and vote there. There will be fewer power outages, printer problems, tabulator issues, etc.. in the liberal areas. I am basing this on the shenanigans they pulled in 2022 where all of the issues were concentrated in Conservative areas. Whatever you do, you MUST vote. Make it hard for them. They want you to stay home.

Hennepin County Minnesota Bans DOJ Monitors Inside Polling Places
… them to voluntary interviews with voters after they leave.Hennepin County has denied the Department of Justice’s request to place election monitors inside Minneapolis-area polling places for Tuesday’s midterm election. The county will be forcing federal staff to remain outside the state’s 100-foot boundary, in plain clothes, and limit them to voluntary interviews with voters after they leave. The decision, confirmed by the office of Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty, is the same rule they applied during the August primary. The DOJ is currently deploying monitors nationwide, including teams focused on Minneapolis, Brooklyn Park, and Brooklyn Center. Read the rest of the story, link in the comments.
