It’s a Struggle in Which Only One Side Can Ultimately Prevail

… Charlie f-in’ Kirk.

He thought that we could talk it out. His whole model was based on polite debate and doing it in public so everybody could see it.

That didn't work. He got sh-t. So now we just need to destroy the entire Democrat Party.

They haven't stopped calling [Trump] Hitler. They're blaming him for the shooting.

It didn't get better; it got worse.”

Hans Mahncke

This is exactly right. People keep talking about the country being divided, or even the possibility of a separation, when in reality, it’s a struggle in which only one side can ultimately prevail. The forces on one end are progressively more unhinged, spreading hoax after hoax, promoting crime, indulging in and normalizing mental illness, and giving out endless handouts that can’t be paid for. The other side is trying to take a more sane approach, while constantly being sabotaged by the institutional backers of the unhinged forces, meaning academia, government bureaucracy, the media, and parts of the legal system. This was never going to end in divorce or healing. The only outcome will be a decisive victory for one side over the other.

In Europe, the unhinged forces have already won because the remaining sane people have been beaten into submission. The key difference in America is Trump. Without him, the country would likely have gone the same way as Europe, on the course set by Obama and turbocharged by the autopen. We all owe Trump enormous gratitude for leaving behind an incredibly pampered life to take on this challenge, and Charlie Kirk as well, for putting his safety on the line each day to help set the country on a path where the sane side might prevail.

But make no mistake. Even though the unhinged have been pushed into retreat, as we saw on MSNBC yesterday, they remain just as unhinged as ever. This battle is far from over, and the outcome could go either way. If Trump hadn’t made that last-second tilt of the head in Butler, the world would look very different today, and we can’t take anything for granted. Charlie’s assassination is a stark reminder of just how fragile it all is.
