… ballot as Senator Dan Sullivan in a ranked choice state that was already built to confuse people… and your answer is that nobody can do anything about it. That is what Judge Sharon Gleason just did. She threw out the DOJ lawsuit to set aside the ballots cast for the decoy Dan so the fraud could actually be investigated, and she did it for three reasons that should make every voter in this country sick. The federal government lacks standing. Separating those ballots would violate ballot secrecy. And it is too late to change anything this close to Election Day.
