Steve Bannon, 7 November 2026

White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles was replaced, and many people still treated it as just another routine reshuffle. Until Bannon opened the books on what had been going on behind the scenes. According to Bannon’s revelations on the show, what really brought Wiles down were two oversteps:

After the election, someone inside the White House mass-sent more than 3,000 emails and text messages to conservative and MAGA groups, warning, “We are monitoring your comments about the election loss.” At the same time, leaks targeting Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth kept coming.

Trump’s swift replacement of her with Stephen Miller was a direct slap in the face to the Republican establishment.

Counting from when he joined the team in late 2015 and started work in early 2016, Miller has been at Trump’s side for a full eleven years, almost without a single day away.

Robert Garcia, who is about to take over the House Oversight Committee, immediately teamed up with Jamie Raskin to form a special committee, publicly blasting Miller as a “criminal” and even telling him to “hurry up and get a lawyer,” threatening to drag him into a hearing in the first few days.
