Professor of Law Jennifer Taub

Academia is filled with:

1) Marxists and

2) Immature morons.

This lady combines both A) and B).

Wow. Students gear up for law school and they’re taught how to scribble out faces.

Jeff Clark

… J.D. from Harvard Law School and served as Recent Developments Editor of the Harvard Women’s Law Journal.

She stated that she is now back and that there are no clips of him on the show. She said she will scribble him out anytime she shows him, including on cover slides for the podcast.

Taub explained the reference by recalling that when she was a child, her school had paper dictionaries. Students would flip through them to look up words, sometimes dirty words and sometimes unfamiliar ones. They also looked at pictures of famous faces.

After learning about the Holocaust at around age nine or ten, she noticed that when she turned to the page with Adolf Hitler, his face had been scribbled out. She repeated that it was “scribbled out.”

Taub said, “Let us do the same.” She noted that she would normally say not to deface books, but that Donald Trump’s visage “defaces humanity.” She said she looks forward to the day when he is scribbled out and placed in “our dustbin of history.”

She acknowledged that he is not the only one, and that it is not just his enablers but the system in which people operate. She said a person like Donald Trump is not sui generis and did not invent himself.

In her words, he is “the kind of filth that is extruded from a system that elevates the private property rights of a few versus the private property rights and the identities and the humanity and everything else of the many.”

Taub concluded that there will be a reckoning, which she firmly believes will occur at the ballot box, through rallies in the streets, and ultimately through an expanded Supreme Court. She added, “Let’s hope.”

This law professor further also published an article in the American Bar Association’s Human Rights Magazine.that people need to “persuade people to keep showing up at rallies in increasingly larger numbers,” citing Erica Chenoweth’s 3.5 percent rule. In doing so, she encourages the view “that civil resistance works far better to achieve large-scale political change than violence does,” based on the concept that “no government has withstood a challenge of 3.5 percent of their population mobilized against it during a peak event.

On November 5, 2025, the professor published the article titled “Defeating Tyranny with the 3.5 Percent Rule” in the American Bar Association’s Human Rights Magazine.

Taub concludes by stating, “We the People must use our power and protest by the numbers. Let’s get to a single-day nonviolent protest with 11 million participants. We can test out Chenoweth’s 3.5 percent rule. Let’s do it for science and for democracy.”

This serves as a prime example of the current generation being indoctrinated by their professors. What is most alarming is that this is happening in our law schools.
