Marc Elias is hopping mad that the Georgia Elections Board asked for the U.S. DOJ Civil Rights Division to help the State of Georgia in the upcoming Midterm Elections.
Marc screeches — that’s a violation of federalism.
No it’s not, Marc. The State *voluntarily* asked for help so that is federalism in action. And when California cooperated with a captured DOJ Civil Rights Division, we didn’t hear boo from you.
I’m sorry that the lock your side has had in running a captured DOJ Civil Rights Division, which in season and out of season acted like a wing of the Democrat Party has been ended. Or at least is in retreat now.
Go cry in a beer stein from the Yard House.
