… order is automatically stayed so the government can seek a full stay and maintain the status quo pending our appeal. Ultimately, this question will be decided by the Supreme Court, and I look forward to serving in my current role until then.”BREAKING: Bill Essayli responds to a US Judge disqualifying him from serving as F.A. US attorney: "We respectfully disagree with the court’s order. The President and the Attorney General have every right to select supervisors within the Justice Department. Importantly, today’s order is automatically stayed so the government can seek a full stay and maintain the status quo pending our appeal. Ultimately, this question will be decided by the Supreme Court, and I look forward to serving in my current role until then.”

… is not subtle. They are coming after Bill Essayli for uncovering significant fraud in California, including election fraud showing that illegals are voting, which the state continues to shield. Now, a Bush-appointed judge from Hawaii has ruled that he is disqualified from his role. The reason is not subtle. Bill has been one of the most effective attorneys under the Trump administration. He has been a LION who refuses to back down, and that is exactly why this matters. Congress continues to sit on its hands while activist judges shield the same corrupt system. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. This cannot continue. If we do not start treating judicial overreach like the serious threat it is, we will not have a country left to save. President Bukele did not play these games. Neither should we. I am sick and tired of watching this happen while the people entrusted to protect our country continue to do NOTHING.
