… James O'Keefe and Cam Higby with unlawful voting - but they didn't even vote! In fact, in her press conference, Mary Moriarty says it's clear they didn't intend to vote.🚨This is going to be the biggest self-own by Hennipin County of all time (and Hennepin has owned itself a lot lately). They do NOT want more attention on their ridiculous voter vouching policy by the @TheJusticeDept and potential voter fraud. FACT: Hennepin County is charging James O'Keefe and Cam Higby with unlawful voting - but they didn't even vote! In fact, in her press conference, Mary Moriarty says it's clear they didn't intend to vote. FACT: James and Cam exposed the absurdity of the state's vouching policy in which one individual, without an ID, can claim to be a registered voter, and bring in 8 other people without IDs, on Election Day, and "vouch" for them as legal voters. It's all on an honor system and votes are automatically counted. These are not provisional ballots. FACT: They didn't sign the oath, which means legally they didn't commit identity theft. It was an act of pure journalism. How many individuals who have voted based on someone else vouching for them has Hennepin County investigated for voter fraud? (The internet says ZERO.) This is clearly designed to chill free speech and stop any further acts of independent journalism exposing the absurdity that is Minnesota's voter vouching system. And of course they timed this for just days before the midterm. Support Cam and James as they defend themselves from these garbage charges. https://t.co/Wsp9otdExM

Let me take Andrew’s observations one step further. If this is what deep blue Hennepin County does to penalize journalism exposing obvious facially neutral mechanisms for voter fraud like the absurd vouching policy, could you possibly ever trust Hennepin County to be zealous about policing against illegal aliens specifically voting? And really, take one more tiny conceptual step with me — how could you possibly think any deep blue city or State would take steps and use vigor to ensure illegal aliens don’t vote? Do you now see why DOJ is suing to ensure that California segregates 20,000 votes that may include a substantial portion of illegal aliens? The obvious answer is that California, like Hennepin, like a hundred other jurisdictions, cannot be trusted to adhere to federal law. Hennepin County’s response to this? Shut up O’Keefe. Shut up Higby. We can’t let people see evidence of the logical chain that the front doors to perverting the voting system are open, not just the back doors.
MN Secretary of State Steve Simon on charging me with a felony. Mr. Simon, every time someone has sued or tried to arrest me, it has backfired. Because of 1st amendment fundamentals. The process will not be my punishment. I wiIl have fun with the process, exposing injustice.

This video caused Minnesota to charge me with a felony. Watch it, they’re afraid of it.
