Before the 2020 election Lara Trump mentioned on Jake Tapper's show that Biden was showing signs of cognitive decline.

… outraged that somebody would attempt to diagnose Biden from afar. Tapper then claimed it was Biden's stutter, not cognitive decline they were seeing.

During the Biden years CNN lost all interest in a President's fitness for office, except to assure people that Biden was sharp as ever.

In 2025 CNN went back to claiming that the President is unfit for office. This is CNN.
