…Two just issued stays blocking the Trump administration from ending TPS for Ethiopians and South Sudanese migrants, exactly the kind of judicial interference the Supreme Court shut down in Mullin v. Doe.🚨 MUTINY AGAINST THE SUPREME COURT 🚨

Just days after SCOTUS ruled 6-3 that district courts have NO jurisdiction to second-guess DHS decisions terminating Temporary Protected Status, two Democrat-appointed Massachusetts judges are openly defying the highest court in the land.… pic.twitter.com/VNXMEuCqeH
DHS General Counsel James Percival called it what it is: open defiance and mutiny.
These aren’t close calls.
The statute is clear.
SCOTUS was clear.
Lower courts are bound by that precedent.
This is pure activist resistance dressed up as “process.”

Higher courts need to slam this down hard and fast.
If district judges can simply ignore the Supreme Court on immigration, the rule of law is a joke.

D. of Mass., July 23, 2026: I am ordering the end of *TEMPORARY* Protected Status for South Sudan indefinitely delayed. pic.twitter.com/igfG00k8SS
Another rogue district judge just postponed the termination of TPS for South Sudan. This is open defiance of the Supreme Court, plain and simple!

Remember when that district judge rerouted a plane with child rapists headed for South Sudan? The judge made ICE land in Djibouti to face Malaria and terrorist rocket attacks from Yemen. Fun fact: it was the very same Judge Brian Murphy who entered a lawless TPS order today!

Judge Brian Murphy just entered an order preventing us from terminating TPS for Ethiopia. These district judges are engaged in mutiny against the Supreme Court. It must stop!
