These District Judges Are Engaged in Mutiny Against the Supreme Court

…Two just issued stays blocking the Trump administration from ending TPS for Ethiopians and South Sudanese migrants, exactly the kind of judicial interference the Supreme Court shut down in Mullin v. Doe.

DHS General Counsel James Percival called it what it is: open defiance and mutiny.

These aren’t close calls.
The statute is clear.
SCOTUS was clear.

Lower courts are bound by that precedent.
This is pure activist resistance dressed up as “process.”

The Justice Department is already appealing.
Higher courts need to slam this down hard and fast.

If district judges can simply ignore the Supreme Court on immigration, the rule of law is a joke.

… have already appealed in multiple circuit courts, and we will not rest until every lawless injunction is lifted—either by the circuit courts or the Supreme Court.
