Then @gdemaneuf found Baric’s own public instructions telling the Chinese exactly how to do the very thing he swore under oath he had never told them how to do.

In a sane world, Baric would be charged tomorrow morning with lying under oath, and then they would turn the screws on him until he spilled every last bean.

Instead, nothing is going to happen.
