Justice Department Rejects International Criminal Court Jurisdiction Over US Persons

Accordingly, the ICC has no jurisdiction over Americans — anywhere in the world — and any attempt to assert such authority is illegitimate, unlawful, and a direct affront to the sovereignty of the United States.
