… 37 individuals connected to three India-based transnational organized crime groups, with charges including racketeering, extortion, narcotics trafficking, and multiple targeted killings - including even the 2023 assassination in Canada of a prominent Indian political and religious figure.

The work of our Homeland Security Task Force and foreign partners like the RCMP in this case was truly historic, indicting 30+ subjects across multiple continents in a single op, and serves a reminder that this FBI and The Justice Dept will identify, pursue, and break organized crime hurting American citizens in any corner of the earth.
