One of the messages obtained shows her writing “Happy Weiner Wednesday! Wish I was having 🌠with you all on 6 today!” followed by a suggestive caption about “a good weinering.”
Henry’s attorney notified the city attorney in April that the conduct extended beyond isolated incidents. Litigation is considered reasonably foreseeable.
