Tina Peters is almost 70 years old and a first-time offender.
She was sentenced to 9 years in prison.
Why? Her views on election integrity.
They made it crystal clear: question elections, pay the price.
Un-American. Unconstitutional. Criminal.
Democrat Governor Jared Polis commuted her sentence. He did the right thing. Credit where it's due.
But commutation isn't accountability.
They conspired to punish a woman for her First Amendment rights.
That is a federal crime, and they must be held accountable.
