This morning, my legal team filed a response, urging the Court to dismiss with prejudice and award attorneys fees to us, pursuant to Arizona's unique anti-SLAPP statute. The AG failed to respond to the Court's ruling that we had established "prima facie proof" that the prosecution was motivated by a desire to deter or retaliate against our exercise of First Amendment rights.
