Do you mean the phone call Jordan Fuchs illegally recorded when she was in Florida, a two-party consent state? Illegal to record a phone conversation without consent of other party(s) on the call? Fani et al knew it was illegal and gave Jordan Fuchs immunity from prosecution.

This is why Georgia has been so adament about not allowing an outside audit of the election.
Not assigning a judge timely prevented the discovery authorized by the statute prior to the vote of the Electoral College.
