Erased by Cheaper Labor

… released with no vetting, blows off his court date, gets a final deportation order… and three weeks later crosses the centerline drunk and murders 47-year-old American dad Michael Sharpe in front of his family. As a border patrol executive, I always thought in terms of risk management. Our political leaders have supported a system that enables this, and it’s in direct contradiction to basic risk management. Michael wasn’t “replaced” by cheaper labor. He was erased by it.

Every time a politician or CEO smiles and says “we need the labor,” remember the Sharpe kids growing up without their father.

That’s not a side effect.

That’s the system working exactly as designed. Cheap labor. Expensive American lives!
