This Is Very Bad for ActBlue

The New York Times story is damning.

It shows evidence of memos between ActBlue and its attorneys at Covington & Burling — one of the most prestigious Democrat law firms in Washington.

This is very bad for ActBlue.

Criminal indictments are likely coming for them.
