Change is also coming to medical education. More than 50 medical schools will begin teaching future doctors how nutrition impacts prevention and chronic disease.
At the same time, the U.S. Department of Agriculture is investing hundreds of millions into regenerative farming, while the National Institutes of Health is launching major research efforts to better understand chemical exposure and its health impacts.
