… Boasberg: "There is abundant evidence that the subpoenas’ dominant (if not sole) purpose is to harass and pressure Powell either to yield to the President or to resign and make way for a Fed Chair who will.

On the other side of the scale, the Government has offered no evidence whatsoever that Powell committed any crime other than displeasing the President. The Court must thus conclude that the asserted justifications for these subpoenas are mere pretexts."

"Being perceived as the President’s adversary has become risky in recent years. In his second term, Trump has urged the Department of Justice to prosecute such people, and the Department’s prosecutors have listened. For instance, the President exhorted the Attorney General to prosecute James Comey, Adam Schiff, and Letitia James." [None of these cases were before Boasberg or the DC courts.]

IS THIS THE SAME JEB BOASBERG WHO UNFLINCHINGLY SIGNED UNLAWFUL NDOs AGAINST MEMBERS OF CONGRESS TARGETED BY THE BIDEN DOJ?

Unbelievable.

Boasberg defied both standard procedure and SCOTUS case law in quashing grand jury subpoenas in Jerome Powell investigation.

Where are the “no one is above the law” harpies? How about the court jesters constantly bleating that the Trump DOJ is breaking the law and violating court orders?

This represents a massive escalation in Boasberg’s maniacal grudge against the president.

Yet Republicans absolutely refuse to initiate impeachment proceedings—Boasberg continues to tempt them knowing they’re too afraid to take action.

Jeb Boasberg is exceeding his authority to cover up potential crimes by Fed Chair Jerome Powell. Why?
