District judges do not have the power to meddle in immigration cases.

Congress made this clear.

Immigration courts handle these cases.

Then the Board of Immigration Appeals.

Then the federal courts of appeals.

District judges have no jurisdiction.

… enforcement is civil, not criminal.

We have used immigration warrants for decades.

You don’t need judicial warrants to round up illegal aliens and remove them.
