This Dangerous Criminal Was Free to Prowl the Streets & Victimize Minneapolis Residents for Years

… prior arrests for first degree assault and has an active warrant from 2024 for obstructing police.

ICE says they previously tried to arrest him at his apartment, but the building manager blocked ICE from entering and shielded the convicted sex offender. This time, they got him in a targeted operation.

ICE says: “Thanks to the sanctuary policies of Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, this dangerous criminal was free to prowl the streets and victimize Minneapolis residents for years.”
