This marks a massive move to reshore critical infrastructure. The US Dept of War announces investment of over $2 Billion for a US Smelter to process critical minerals such as Silver and more. What will be a $7B+ total build, this is the first such facility since the 1970s to be built to process CONCENTRATES.

Currently only dore (higher…
How serious are these metals? … well the Pentagon will own 40% of this facility. *Will note that my company Scottsdale Mint uses a lot of Silver from Korea Zinc who is the lead on the project.
This facility doesn't create more metal, but it means that instead of concentrates primarily going to China, will start to flow to the USA. While a project of this scale will take a few years, it means strategic changes for who competes for mined material.
The investment by the Federal Gov't further shows the seriousness of the Trump Admin in the Metal Wars. The moves we are seeing in Latin America are all connected.
A big part of the reason that China just started restricting Silver exports is—the USA is cutting off their supplies of precious metals dore/concentrate from Latin America.
You first heard this would happen in July on my account. A lot more brewing.
Latin America is being flushed of Chinese control. Critical Minerals and the future of the world is what is being fought over. The rest of South America is now on notice as this will be a multi-year campaign. https://t.co/5Hfv5A8aSS
