HOW IT HAPPENED
1. In 2024, Republican members of the State Election Board issued a subpoena requesting Fulton's 2020 ballots and other forms.

3. Fulton County responded, saying the 2020 ballots, stubs and absentee ballot envelopes were in possession and under seal of the Fulton County clerk of superior court.
4. Attorney General Pam Bondi, in November of 2025, sent a letter requesting the documents.
5. Following a failure to receive the documents, FBI agents executed a search warrant at the Fulton County elections office on January 28, 2026.
