Micko's wife is a top deputy for MN AG Keith Ellison.
Micko also on Friday denied DOJ's motions for pretrial detention for the 2 anti ICE protesters charged in the incident. He said he had not seen "any threat or use of force" by the defendants during the storming of the church.
Not sure what DOJ's next move is--or why this panel of 2 Trump and one Obama judges refused to step in while admitting Micko had no authority to reject the warrants--but AG Bondi has already said this ain't over.
