Fulton County Recount Doubling

If you study just one slide about the craziness of the Fulton Recount doubling, this is it.

They took three batches of ballots from two different scanners (tabulators) #801 and #805 and

Someone took
- the bottom 27 ballots of batch 85
- the middle 4 ballots of batch 86 and… pic.twitter.com/dvG5dznNKD

… flipped them over
- the top 51 ballots of batch 86
- the middle 19 ballots of batch 86,
- the bottom 4 ballots of batch 86, and flipped that over.
- and then the middle 133 ballots of batch 116

Then rescanned them 30 minutes later on a THIRD scanner #816 to create batch 57.

Then took the middle 193 ballots of batch 85 and rescanned them on the third tabulator as batch 58.

And then, all of the ballot images from ALL THREE SCANNERS were deleted. The source and the copies are not in the set of ballots produced by Fulton County.
