Within Brennan's letter there is a link to another letter his lawyers previously sent to John Durham.
Do not miss it. I cannot believe he included this in his outline to the FL court.
He seems to be pulling in all of the background intelligence players and the Obama administration within his defense letters. Is he signaling that if he goes down, they will all go with him?
