Forcing Money on Our Agency

I have met with US Congressmen on the Appropriations Committee pleading with them NOT to give U.S. Agency for Global Media (which I oversee) the 100s-of-millions they previously have allocated. (I’m told I’m the first agency head to ever ask for LESS money).

… excessive funding and neither does President Trump, yet today I got a message from a REPUBLICAN US Senator telling me that like-it-or-not they will be forcing the money on our agency to continue funding corrupt, ineffective, pro-CCP, anti-American propaganda coming from ineffective, non-functioning grantees who take the money and do nothing —and America, they want YOU to foot the bill.

If they appropriate it, the law says we must spend it. This is so sick!

My guess is Ds & Rs are benefiting off of NGO and grantee funding.
