The use of the 'refugee' cover is brilliant. Ship a few actual refugees to the US and Europe but it provides the perfect cover to bring back their assassins and terrorist they train overseas. The US and Europe is full of them...just like was done with Operation Gladio. They are for domestic use while keeping their options open to use elsewhere.
The IRC traces its roots to 1933, when it was founded as the International Relief Association at the urging of physicist Albert Einstein. The initial goal was to assist intellectuals, artists, and political dissidents fleeing Nazi persecution in Germany, including high-profile figures like Thomas Mann and Sigmund Freud. By the end of World War II, the organization had expanded into broader refugee relief efforts, establishing hospitals, children's centers, and resettlement programs. Weirdly enough The Albert Einstein Institute is home of Gene Sharp and his coup tactics school that is responsible to the brown shirt recruitment of student movements to overthrow governments. I'm sure that's a coincidence.
Post-war, it shifted focus to global crises, from the Hungarian Revolution in 1956 to the Vietnam War evacuations in the 1970s, and more recently to responses in Syria, Ukraine, and Afghanistan. Today, it has evolved into one of the largest refugee aid networks, resettling over 60,000 people in the U.S. annually and partnering with governments, UN agencies, and other NGOs for long-term recovery programs. In other words, it shows up exactly where the CIA is overthrowing governments. Every time.
Guess who is largely responsible for its funding? USAID of course. The IRC is led by President and CEO David Miliband, a former UK Foreign Secretary. Another, all roads leads to London story. In addition to USAID and State Dept funding, it receives funding from a mix of private donations, corporate partnerships. Which makes it the perfect money laundering for corporate interests in a particular country that will be coup'd and once that's done they donate to the IRC to move their operatives into another country, in this case, the US.
In recent years, it has faced scrutiny over procurement practices; in 2021, it settled a $6.9 million False Claims Act case with the U.S. Department of Justice for alleged inadequate oversight of USAID-funded purchases in Turkey for Syrian refugee aid because it launders money.
