And Ratcliffe has done NOTHING about it.
Dominion's real headquarters are in Belgrade, Serbia" per Patrick Byrne. Dominion uses a 3rd-party firm to run a data center which "was built by a Serbian entrepreneur who represents China (Huawei) in Europe."
