Everyone was afraid of being called names. They wanted to appear nice. So they just kind of backed away and didn’t look.

And they punish people for being this out of line. So these folks kept going. And going. And going. They will literally come after you.

5/ We need to collectively say NO. This behavior will not be tolerated. No more calling people awful names. No more hyperbole that you are some giant victims bc a man can’t walk into the ladies room.

… For a while it’s going to be rough. If a person was never disciplined or told no they are going to be in for a real shock. But I think the collective adults are waking up. It’s time for ALL of you to come back into the room.
