USSS were monitoring Jones and met with her twice--raising questions as to why she was not arrested before she got near the White House--and she clearly is a very disturbed woman.
DC Mag Judge Moxila Upadhyaya denied Jones' release and ordered her to undergo a psych evaluation in DC.
