But the President has separate constitutional duties.

Especially as it relates to foreign affairs.

He is the chief executive officer.

And the commander-in-chief.

… This means ensuring foreign aid aligns with his foreign policy.

And rooting out waste, fraud, and abuse.

And ensuring we aren't funding Hamas terrorists, for example, under the guise of "humanitarian aid" to Gazans.

This is not only within the President's power.

This is his constitutional duty.
