9th Circuit Court of Appeals Sides with Trump

… block the Trump administration from ending the protections. The Trump admin had appealed that decision and requested an emergency stay of that order, and the 9th Circuit just granted that stay.

When judge Thompson (Biden appointee) blocked the Trump admin from ending the TPS protections last month, she wrote the following:

“The freedom to live fearlessly, the opportunity of liberty, and the American dream. That is all Plaintiffs seek. Instead, they are told to atone for their race, leave because of their names, and purify their blood. The Court disagrees."

The 9th Circuit has now sided with the Trump administration over her.
