HUGE ‼️ Brand New Idaho State Laws that are now in effect

1) No more public benefits for undocumented immigrants. They will now lose access to state funded vaccines, food aid, prenatal care and more

… to get non emergency public health services

3) Vaccine and medical mandates are BANNED. Businesses, school and the government can't require vaccines or other medical procedures for entry or work

4) Sleeping in public spaces is now illegal. You can no longer sleep in public spaces anymore. This includes parks, sidewalks and offenders can be removed or fine

5) DEI funding is now BANNED. State money cannot be used for diversity, equity or inclusion programs in public institutions

6) Death penalty for child sex abuse. Certain child sex abuse crimes now carry the death penalty in Idaho

7) Idaho has officially reinstated the firing squad as its number one execution method

8) fentanyl mandatory prison time. There are now new mandatory minimum sentences for fentanyl trafficking and drug induced deaths equal a felony

9) Parents must be notified in child cases. Authorities must inform parents right away if their child is being investigated by child protection services.
