Only six migrant families remain at the Roosevelt Hotel, according to sources inside. The hotel is set to officially shut down next week.

An estimated 200,000 migrants have passed through the Roosevelt’s doors since the start of the crisis. But behind those numbers are stories the public was never meant to hear—child trafficking, gang activity, stabbings, sexual abuse and more .
But let’s be clear: the closure of the Roosevelt doesn’t mean the migrant crisis is over. Many migrants have simply been moved to DHS sites, while others have found their own way and quietly exited the system.
