Everyone came up and then Capitol police started shooting everyone with rubber bullets herding everyone inside

“Scaffold guy” was definitely A FED, with access to an area he shouldn’t have been able to get to access and he was directing everyone right where Capitol police needed them

This was highly organized and PLANNED
