Premier Danielle Smith just met with Donald Trump.

And I can't remember a time when a Canadian Premier met with a U.S. President.

Imagine if the Governor of Montana showed up at Parliament Hill to meet with Trudeau.

Or Doug Ford flew to Mexico City to negotiate with AMLO.

That's not how international diplomacy works.

The meeting was last week at Mar-a-Lago.

And it wasn't just any meeting—it was facilitated by Kevin O'Leary (the Shark Tank guy).

Premier Smith went around our federal government to speak directly with Trump.

This has never happened in Canadian history.
