Fulton County will be scanning ballots multiple times. This is what they did in 2020 and that is why duplicate ballots were found in scanned ballot imaging.

If you read the order, the judge in this case is saying it is too difficult to allow the people who are counting the ballots to count the physical pieces of paper to make sure that they match the number spit out by the tabulator machine. The judge is saying that this is such a difficult procedure that it would require an instruction manual and training, and there’s no time for that.

That is patently absurd.

This very simple verification process would’ve precluded Democrats from cheating for Kamala Harris in Fulton county Georgia.

Especially because the tabulator center is probably going to be separate from the poll watchers.

Can this be appealed? Based on the order, it doesn’t seem like it could be appealed before the election…

Judge McBurney has ruled precincts cannot handcount ballots.

Not handcount votes, but simply the NUMBER of ballots to ensure it matches the number of voters who checked in.

The necessary training? Being able to count.

This is the same judge who presided over the Fani Willis RICO grand jury and who has been assigned to @VoterGa ’s 2020 challenge after the GA Supreme Court ruled VoteGA did have standing (almost 700 days ago…no schedule to resume by the way)

The Mockingbird Media platformed flagrant misinformation from Rachel Maddow and Raphael Warnock, both who absolutely misrepresented this bill claiming it could add “months” to the count (Maddow on MSNBC)

The level of animosity towards election integrity in Georgia is astounding.
