Many are obviously out and traveling on Independence Day, and the day after (5th) is typically one of the slowest news days of the year. News networks are anticipating a timed announcement about Biden ending his Presidential campaign but the Biden staff call indicated the White House is still planning their July 4th BBQ as if everything is normal.

The dilemma is now that time is of the essence, the entire world is wondering what @JoeBiden will do next following meetings at the White House today, but most Americans are traveling for the holiday and would be distracted if a major announcement was made.
