Judge Merchan must drop the Gag Order. I have sooo much to say, and I am not allowed to say it!!! What is going on in our Country???

Under the gag order against Trump, if I understand correctly, his free speech is gagged because it could supposedly trigger some nut he hasn't met to attack the judge or prosecutor. When Biden criticizes the Supreme Court, couldn't a similar argument be made? Why not gag Biden?…

… Obviously, the notion of "gagging" either for those reasons is ridiculous and contrary to the Constitution.
