DNC has started passing out the procedures for the delegation on how delegates can back another candidate because their feeling is Joe is stepping down. This contact has been right on every single thing he has told me. He says there is a push for Michelle Obama but Biden absolutely refuses to accept Michelle Obama, which is why Delegates are passing out this new plan. This is insanity. The party who claims they protect democracy are telling their people their vote does not matter.
That is the whole point, Biden should be allowed to delegate his votes, but they DNC is circumventing that right now it appears.
