The appellate court just suspended the Georgia case against Trump until after it considers his disqualification appeal on Oct. 4th. That means that none of the pending cases will likely result in a trial before the election...

...We are waiting for the ruling on presidential immunity, which may require a remand to the D.C. district court for further proceedings and findings. That case is also currently suspended and, even when the appeals end, there remain a myriad of pre-trial motions to address.
