It is with great sadness and anger that we observe the death of the judicial system in America.

Steve Bannon sought judicial review of the illegal demands of a runaway congressional committee, unlike any ever comprised. It was literally a matter of first impression.

And they’re sending him to prison - not just to torture him but to torture us.

He didn’t even get a real trial. His defenses were stripped by a judge who hates him.

The ramifications of these actions will reverberate in a very dark way for a long time.

I’ve begged House leaders to advance legislation to expunge these contempt proceedings on Bannon/Navarro/Scavino/Meadows.

They’ve refused. Likely because we don’t have the votes.

We need stronger leaders.

November can’t come soon enough.

Judge Carl Nichols presides over Bannon’s case.

He is the only judge to toss the 1512c2 count in J6 cases, resulting in the Fischer case pending before SCOTUS.

If SCOTUS overturns how DOJ applied 1512c2, it will wreck havoc on DC courts and gut DOJ’s J6 prosecution.

Is this Nichols’ way of getting back in DOJ and his colleagues good graces?

When I tell you the DC courts are beyond corrupt and compromised, believe me.

I swear Democrats would gun down patriotic Americans in the streets and Republicans would just write a strongly worded letter condemning it. It makes me sick.

Democrats have turned our federal government into everything our founding fathers warned us about and our constitutional conservatives just keep powdering their wigs.
