So what the Ukrainian mission means is, first, that it is setting up these weapons transfer coordination points, second, that NATO member countries are throwing money together to support Ukraine's war effort, and third, that they are training Ukrainian soldiers. There is debate about whether this will take place on their own territory or on the territory of Ukraine. But the point is that they are directly involved in training Ukrainian soldiers going to the front line. Hungary does not want to be involved in this and this problem needs to be resolved.
