Cleared of Charges from the State Bar of Texas by the Texas Court of Appeals

… opinion in this article, which blasted the corrupt Texas bar for bringing charges.

The left gloated for literally years about how bad her lawsuits supposedly were, but here's the truth, it's frankly embarrassing how the bar tried to pretend she made glaring mistakes when they were nothing of the sort - they went after her for a tiny technical mistake - the type of mistakes the bar itself was making! 🀑🀑🀑🀑

The appellate court, like the trial court, said the bar failed to show how she engaged in “dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation” and slammed the bar's charges as "scattershot." They're overly broad and vague rules which some day will be struck down as unconstitutional, used to target conservative attorneys - I list them on my website.
