These FARA violations are well-documented in emails, text messages, and primary source evidence found on Hunter Biden's laptop, as outlined in the @MarcoPolo501c3 Report on the Biden Laptop.

Today's revelation highlights the two-tiered justice system, particularly given the recent indictment of Dr. Gal Luft, a Biden corruption whistleblower, for not registering as an agent of CEFC China Energy.

In contrast, Hunter, James, and Sara Biden simultaneously collected millions from CEFC China Energy without registering as foreign agents, violating FARA, but have not faced charges.

Despite substantial evidence of crimes on Hunter's laptop, there is significant evidence that the Department of Justice obstructs the Biden investigation while prosecuting the Biden family's political adversaries.

This two-tiered system of justice should concern all honest Americans.
